Founded by Shasta Kahoalii, a senior Talent Acquisition leader with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling recruiting functions within complex, multi-site supply chain environments, Athena was created to bring that same level of ownership, discipline, and thoughtfulness to direct-hire recruiting.
Athena is supported by a senior recruiting team with decades of combined experience across supply chain and operations. Collectively, our team brings nearly 30 years of experience and thousands of successful hires, with backgrounds spanning corporate talent acquisition, supply chain recruiting, and operational hiring.
